ob Responsibilities: 1. Lead pricing analysis and be pricing ambassador liaison with group pricing team 2. In-depth analysis for the margin analysis from different perspective, e.g. customer, product and sales representative etc. 3. Drive corporate performance management, optimize KPI scheme, and streamline financial process related to standardized, automated and simplified global finance processes (in order to reduce complexity); 4. Optimize the budgeting, rolling forecast process to be a good business navigator 5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting processes based on the above accounting principles at different level (legal entity, sales area) 6. Ensure corporate controlling activities in line with group guidelines. 7. Provide valuable insights to assist decision-making Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above with finance or business administration background, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred 2. More than 8 years work experience or above (5 years controlling work experience), 35 years old or below preferred. 3. Good English and presentation skills, proficient in Excel, PPT. 5. Familiar with SAP, experience with AFO/Tableau/Tagetik preferred 6. Proactive, customer orientation, team spirit. Passion, Creativity, Resilience ,Agile ,Accountability, Open Mind.
