Responsibility for whole lifetime of equipments (EQ) in Production - Specification, BANF, construction release, milestone check, release, training - supplier, adjuster/technician in plant, SAP entering incl. neccessary documentation, spare parts list 4/Z, safety stock, create infrastructure, maintenance, service, warranty, using/service/adjustment according to manual/safety rules/product specification, monitoring KPIs, sale FHM/VST/TSA to other plant, relocation FHM/VST/TSA from other plant, after lifetime scrap or sale outside, conformity of EQ to local rules, creating of setting manual if needed; following the process Incoming of ZFHM / Sale of production equipment | ||||||||
Responsibility for best performance of EQ in plant - Scrap, maintenance/service cost, utilisation, ergonomy, safety, product quality, enviromental, monitoring KPIs and control EQ by KPIs, monitoring of amount VST/TSA, inventory of FHMs and VST/TSA, risk analysis, create/develop KPIs to improve technical EQ, regulary reporting to general management | ||||||||
Maintenance/Service - According to rules/manuals and economical/enviromental view, search for new methods TPM, predictive maintenance, validation of CQM, regular check leakage of air pressure bei ZFHM, electrical and other necessary revisions according local standards and rules, using SAP PM module and responsible for SAP PM Key User, definition of technical content of service contracts for EQ in production, search the best way to provide service/training/maintenance over AR, Skype, TeamViewer | ||||||||
Development / Improving / Standardisation / Machine Connection - Search for possible improvement on machines or in production area and implement it, exchange information with MD Group and give input to development in MD(D), search for new ways to produce cheaper, more efficient, with higher quality, but standardized, take care of the connection to the evaluation systems - e.g. OPC, collecting and prioritising technical issues/problems to improve the design of internal/external EQ, CIP, develop/improve local equipment - achieve the KPI targets; follow the process Improvement Suggestion | ||||||||
Personal - Setup of technical center, leading team, setting goals, motivation of employees, resource planning, developing competences of employees, organisation of training of employees, definition of suitable goals for managers to reach company goals, define representatives for each key person in department, responsibility to train Adjusters in new and existing technologies (scrap reduction, increasing utilization, solving problems, repairing of machine, material change, setting, maintenance, etc.), creating appropriate work / safety / fire protection conditions | ||||||||
Technical counterpart - On site to the technical department at Headquarters and other plants, consulting and supporting the General Management in all technical questions in areas of production equipment, collaboration with other departments |
